“Thrilled to death”: Mets owner Steve Cohen confesses true feelings on spending $765,000,000 on Juan Soto

In a recent open interview, New York Mets owner Steve Cohen spoke about his real enthusiasm regarding the team's most recent acquisition of Juan Soto, which had cost the team an impressive $765,000,000. Cohen was quoted as saying that he was "thrilled to death" to have Soto in the Mets, and the team had entered a new chapter.

Cohen praised Lindor, stating, "Francisco, I really enjoy him. I love the way he plays. I love the way he enjoys playing and the joy he shows going out there every day. He posts every day. He wants to play every game. We're lucky to have him."
