Allu Arjun starrer 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' sets new US pre-sale record before trailer release

Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' is no doubt one of the biggest sequel releases of the year hitting the big screens on December 5, 2024. Ahead of its trailer release today, the film is reaching new heights as it breaks pre-sale records at the US box office.
The makers reposted on X (formerly Twitter) that the film has already grossed an impressive $852,000 from over 30,700 tickets sold, making it the fastest and highest pre-sale collection ever recorded for an Indian film prior to its trailer release.

'Pushpa 2' has generated significant buzz in the USA, with ticket sales expected to commence soon in India. Before the official release, the makers plan to unveil a couple of songs to further excite fans, with details expected to be announced shortly.
Directed by Sukumar, 'Pushpa 2' is the sequel to the blockbuster 'Pushpa: The Rise', which became a cultural phenomenon and made Allu Arjun's status as a pan-Indian star.

The cast includes Rashmika Mandanna reprising her role as Srivalli, alongside Fahadh Faasil returning as SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, Pushpa's formidable rival.
The film continues the saga of Pushpa Raj, a sandalwood smuggler which was praised for its storytelling and performances.

In a grand event scheduled today for November 17, 2024, at Gandhi Maidan in Patna, the trailer will be launched at 6:03 PM. Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna will be present at the event, with thousands of fans expected to attend.
A special song featuring Sreeleela is also part of the film.
The film's songs are composed by Devi Sri Prasad and Thaman has now joined the team for the background score.
