The next chapter in Rohit Shetty's highly anticipated Cop Universe is all set to unfold on the big screen this Diwali and ahead of the launch, the ensemble star cast got together to unveil the action-packed trailer in Mumbai City. Amidst much hype and anticipation, the 'Singham Again' trailer finally released online and its safe to say it lived up to all expectations. Going by the 4.58 minute clip, this sequel promises to bring back the high-octane action and engaging storytelling that turned 'Singham' into a roaring franchise.
Singham Again creatively adapts the Ramayana for a contemporary audience. Ajay Devgn reprises his role as Bajirao Singham, facing off against Arjun Kapoor, who embodies a modern Raavan. The film intertwines themes of good versus evil.

Tiger Shroff embodies Lakshman, accompanying Ajay's Bajirao Singham throughout his journey. Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh takes on the role of Hanuman, adding depth to the narrative inspired by the Ramayana. This modern interpretation blended with action, enhances the film's dynamic storyline and character arcs.
A notable development in 'Singham Again' is the introduction of Deepika Padukone as Shakti Shetty aka Lady Singham, marking her as the first female lead in this action-packed universe. Shakti Shetty showcases fierce action as she hails Bajirao Singham, as her "guru." Embracing her powerful persona, she proudly refers to herself as "Lady Singham," signaling a strong presence in Rohit Shetty's cop universe.

The film is packed with nostalgic scenes and iconic dialogues, such as "Daya, darwaza tod do" and Simba's "Aankh, public ko pata hai kaun aane wala hai."
The original 'Singham', which starred Ajay Devgn as a one-man army, has now expand its roster with a star-studded cast that includes Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Jackie Shroff and Arjun Kapoor.

A day before the release of the trailer, director Shetty shared a video that revisited highlights from his entire Cop Universe that has been over a decade in the making. This montage featured memorable clips from 'Singham', 'Singham Returns', 'Simmba', and 'Sooryavanshi', along with fan reactions that showcased the franchise's impact on audiences.

The heartfelt message accompanying the video further stoked excitement for the upcoming film. Shetty expressed gratitude to fans, stating, “Humne shuruaat Ki, aapne honsla badhaya, humne dil se mehnat ki, aapne gale se lagaya. Jab sab dare hue the, tab aapne hi saath diya, hamare iss universe ko apne hi parivaar banaya, aur tyohaar toh parivaar ke saath manaya jata Hai milte hai iss diwali.” (We began, and you motivated us; we worked hard with all our heart, and you hugged us with appreciation. When the world was scared, you stood by us and made this universe into a family. Since festivals are celebrated with family, let's meet this Diwali.)
