UP NEET PG Counselling 2024: The registration process for the UP NEET PG counselling 2024, conducted by the Director General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, is set to close today, 30 September, at 11 am. This is the last opportunity for candidates to register for round 1 of the counselling process, which will enable them to secure admission into MD, MS, PG diploma, and DNB courses in government and private medical colleges across Uttar Pradesh.
Interested candidates can complete their registration through the official websites, upneet.gov.in and dgme.up.gov.in.
The registration deadline, initially set for 28 September, was extended and will now conclude today. No new registrations will be allowed for subsequent rounds – round 2, round 3, or the stray vacancy round. Eligible candidates must have passed the NEET PG 2024 exam and completed the required one-year rotatory internship by June 30 or August 15, depending on the course.

Candidates applying for government quota seats must have completed their MBBS or BDS degree from a recognised institution in Uttar Pradesh, with exceptions for those from AMU, BHU, and AIIMS. Those from outside the state can only apply for private college seats.
A non-refundable registration fee of Rs 3,000 is applicable for rounds 1 to 3, and Rs 2,000 for the stray vacancy round. The security fee varies from Rs 30,000 to Rs 2 lakh depending on the course and institution.
