Ducati India is all set to launch the latest iteration of its flagship superbike, the Panigale V4, on March 5. What’s more, even before the official pricing has been announced, the first lot allocated for our shores has already been booked.
The latest iteration of the Panigale V4 made its global debut in July last year and draws significant inspiration from Ducati’s championship-winning Desmosedici. Here’s a look at what we can expect.
2025 Ducati Panigale V4: Design
Ducati has given the Panigale V4 a more aggressive styling with sleeker twin LED headlamps, now featuring integrated DRLs. One of the most noticeable changes is the repositioned winglets, which now sit beneath the headlights rather than on the sides. Besides that, the sculpted fairings enhance the superbike’s aggressive stance.
One of the biggest changes is the introduction of a double-sided swingarm, replacing the previous single-sided unit. Ducati claims this new setup improves straight-line stability and enhances corner exit speeds.
2025 Ducati Panigale V4: Features
Ducati has equipped the new Panigale V4 with a suite of electronic aids. The bike gets a 6.9-inch TFT instrument cluster with customizable displays for different riding modes. A new Race eCBS (Electronic Combined Braking System) has been introduced. Besides that, it also has an IMU-based rider assistance package, which includes traction control, wheelie control, slide control, launch control, engine brake control, and a bi-directional quickshifter. It gets four riding modes: Full, High, Medium, and Low.

2025 Ducati Panigale V4: Hardware
Suspension duties are handled by Ohlins NPX-30 electronic pressurized forks at the front and a TTX36 monoshock at the rear. The braking system has also received an upgrade with new Brembo Hypure front brake calipers, replacing the outgoing Brembo Stylema units.
The superbike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels, which are 2.17 kg lighter than before. These wheels come wrapped in Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP-V4 tyres.
2025 Ducati Panigale V4: Engine
At the heart of the new Panigale V4 is Ducati’s 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine, derived from the brand’s MotoGP racing heritage. This motor churns out 213 bhp and 120.9 Nm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
In the Indian market, the Ducati Panigale V4 will continue to rival the BMW S 1000 RR, a long-standing competitor in the litre-class superbike segment.
