𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 😌
One thing that my ex-boss has always reminded us of since a few years ago, "𝙗𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩". I did not fully understand at the beginning but slowly, I know how important it is to stay strong and sustain in today's fast-paced environment.
Regardless of personal life or in the workplace, things can often feel overwhelming. Deadlines pile up, expectations shift, and change happens even much faster than we can imagine. These are the moments where easily we will feel helpless, stressed, anxious, depressed, and defeated.
With the unavoidable constant shift in market dynamics, technological advancement, workplace cultures, as well as people's behaviors, being resilient is more and more important. We have to build our inner strength to adapt, recover, and push forward in any challenges. It enables us not only to survive but to thrive in the face of adversity.
It is not an action to avoid challenges, moreover, it's to embrace them and grow stronger, with a renewed sense of purpose and confidence from time to time.
Few important things to remember in helping you to build your resilience.
💪 𝗔𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁. Do not restrict yourself, be open-minded to learn, unlearn, and relearn.
💪𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱. A supportive network can make a huge difference in times when facing challenges
💪𝗔𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲. Manage your physical and emotional wellbeing to always get ready for another challenge to come
💪𝗕𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲. There are new skills and knowledge every day, you just need to be open, learn new skills, and adjust your approach when it's required
Resilience allows you to stay focused, bounce back from setbacks, adapt to unpredictable changes, and maintain a positive attitude to grow stronger through adversity.
Think about it 😊 How do you build resilience in your life?
