Cloud Gateway secures £1.5M and appoints new CEO

Secure connectivity solutions provider Cloud Gateway has secured a £1.5 million investment.

Cloud Gateway was founded in the UK as a technology-enabled Managed Service Provider (MSP). It is now building out its cutting-edge technology into a full-service Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) platform. This will allow the company to provide a fast, secure, and cost-effective ecosystem of services tailored to the unique needs of its customers across the healthcare, government, and financial services sectors.

The company is trusted by organisations such as the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra), HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS), Avon and Somerset Police, and one of the UK’s largest insurance companies — helping them build resilient, future-ready network infrastructures.

Alongside this investment, Dan Kline has been appointed as CEO to lead the company through this next phase of expansion.

“I am honoured to take on the role of CEO at such an exciting time for Cloud Gateway,” said Dan Kline.

“With this investment and the incredible talent within our team, we are poised to drive forward our vision and lead the industry in delivering innovative, secure networking solutions."

The funds will accelerate Cloud Gateway’s NaaS platform roadmap to help customers overcome the biggest challenges in managing modern network and security architecture. The company will also scale its sales and marketing efforts, broadening its reach into new markets while strengthening its customer support capability.
