The cooking method for Edo-style eel avoids the abdominal opening associated with "seppuku" (ritual suicide) and instead involves splitting the eel from the back, grilling it, and then steaming it once before applying the sauce three times and grilling it again over charcoal. The skillful handling of the charcoal, the way the heat is applied, the timing, and the management of the smoke are all part of a secretive technique that is executed flawlessly, resulting in the fluffy and fragrant kabayaki.

In the "Large Hall" (60 tatami mats), we can accommodate banquets for 60 to 120 guests. Enjoy a memorable time while taking in the magnificent views of the park. We also have partitions available, so it can be used for smaller groups of 30 tatami mats (10 to 30 guests).
