11:30. No one waiting. You are shown to a counter set up like an irori hearth. It seemed like most of the people sitting at the tables and counter were coworkers. The meat used in Wako Gohan is loin. There isn't too much fat, and the grill keeps the batter crispy and not soggy. The sweet sauce goes well with the cutlet, and the yuzu dressing on the cabbage is also delicious. And if you're feeling hungry, you'll be happy to know that you can have as much rice, cabbage, and miso soup as you like! Of course, I replaced everything (laughs). I'm sure I'll come again.

I really wanted to eat fried Oyster so I went to Kazuyuki. Looking at the menu, I decided to add the snow crab cream Croquette (450 yen) which really caught my eye.
