The original recipe, featuring a secret ingredient of high-quality mirin, is a highlight. Enjoy seasonal creative dishes such as fried wakame from Sanriku and a salad of seasonal citrus and shungiku. We want you to enjoy delicious shochu, so we have sourced a selection of favorites from both customers and staff, ranging from classic to rare options. We offer about 50 to 60 varieties, primarily from Kagoshima but also from various regions across the country. Additionally, we always have around 10 types of sake available. We also take pride in our homemade gin, infused with spices and rich aromas! We have a total of six varieties, including sansho pepper & black pepper, blueberry & rosemary, and cacao chocolate berry, so please enjoy them on the rocks or mixed with soda to complement your meal!
