We also recommend the "Shirayaki," where the unique fat of the eel rises beautifully. It can be enjoyed refreshingly with wasabi soy sauce. For takeout, don't miss our "Mamushi Maki," which was originally a staff meal and is now available as a winter limited product. Wrapped in seaweed and egg, you can easily savor the flavors of the eel rice bowl.

Please try our specialty "Uzofusui" made with domestically sourced eel. It is a luxurious rice porridge featuring a soup resembling a clear broth, filled with sliced eel, Kujo green onions, rice, mochi, vegetables, eggs, and grilled eel. The fragrant umami of the eel combined with a rich dashi creates a soup that has a light and gentle flavor. We offer course options for both lunch and dinner.
