今日は、豚丼を頂き行きました。
店内入ると炭火の香ばしい香りがします。
メニュー眺め…豚丼と味噌汁セットがなく
豚皿セットなら味噌汁付いているのを選択
程なくして、着丼します。
えっ味噌汁に取っ手が…何故？と思う気持ち
有りますが笑っちゃうけど、面白いアイデア
慣れてないから飲みづらい感じ否めなかった笑
豚皿のお肉は、香ばしい香り甘辛タレかかり
上に、白髪ネギ良いアクセント、七味、山椒
ふりかけ相性良いです。
肉の脂身とバランス良く噛み応えあって
良いです。
食べ終わった時は、炭火のニオイ服に
着くのがちょい気になるけど…それは、
美味しいものを食すなら仕方ない…
