Avri app

The Avri app is for residents of the municipalities of Buren, Culemborg, Maasdriel, Neder-Betuwe, Tiel, West Betuwe, West Maas and Waal and Zaltbommel.
This app helps you remember when to put your container on the street and where the nearest glass container and textile container are. You can also make reports about waste and, for a limited number of municipalities, also about the BOR and enforcement. In the Waste Guide you will find what belongs in which container.

What you can do with the Avri app:
waste calendar
Enter your zip code and house number once and you can immediately see when which container will be collected from you.

Container locations
Find the nearest containers for residual waste, glass, textiles, paper and plastic, pack and can.

Mention
You can report if a container is not emptied or is broken. Residents of Buren and Neder-Betuwe can also make BOR reports. If you notice something that is not appropriate, report it to Enforcement and Supervision.

In the waste guide you can see where you can dispose of your waste. Does this have to go in the container or to the recycling center?

Messages
You can read important messages related to the collection of waste here. Have you given permission for push notifications? Then you will see the news item directly on the screen of your mobile or tablet.

pass request
Here you can easily request a waste pass if it is broken or lost. You can also request an extra pass.

Container change
Here you can request a waste container or have one of your containers exchanged for, for example, a smaller size. With a few pushes of a button you can arrange all this yourself.

Settings
Receive a reminder at a time of your choosing? You can arrange this in Settings. Here you can also set whether you want to receive push notifications in special cases (e.g. in the event of slippery conditions or unexpected circumstances).
