Teen Science Cafe Network (TSCN) Manager

STEM Next is hiring a Manager of Network Engagement to support the Teen Science Café Network (TSCN). This role will lead planning and implementation of initiatives that engage both new and veteran members, fostering a strong community of practice and enhancing Teen Science Café programs. Responsibilities include managing projects, supporting member needs, and promoting collaboration within the network.

Youth Activation Coordinator – Flight Crew

The Youth Activation Coordinator is a dynamic and engaging role for a digitally savvy individual passionate about social media and youth engagement. The Coordinator will support the Flight Crew, a team of young STEM advocates, by enhancing their social media presence, guiding digital storytelling, and coordinating travel, scheduling, and event logistics to maximize their impact online and at events.

Program Manager – Flight Crew

The Flight Crew Program Manager oversees all aspects of the Flight Crew, a national teen leadership program, ensuring alignment with STEM equity goals. Working with the Director of the Institute for a STEM Ready America and cross-functional teams, this role amplifies youth voices in STEM.
