Elevated API Errors
Resolved - Our systems have now recovered following a brief period of elevated errors across our API and Download CDNs.

Update - We experienced an elevated level of API errors in our American regions from approximately 11:00AM UTC to 11:15AM UTC. During this time customers may have experienced an increase in latency as requests queued up, or an increase in error responses and timeouts from our APIs. The system is now recovering and we are continuing to monitor the situation.

Monitoring - We experienced an elevated level of API errors in our American regions from approximately 11:00AM UTC to 11:15AM UTC. During this time customers may have experienced an increase in latency as requests queued up, or an increase in error responses and timeouts from our APIs. Our monitoring systems alerted our engineers to the problem immediately and we were able to route traffic around the issue until we could fix the underlying infrastructure.

Data Processing Delays - Reporting Tools Affected
Resolved - Between 16:45 UTC and 19:20 UTC customers will have experienced issues with late arriving download webhooks, client log exports, caching of upstream packages, and lagging usage reporting in the UI and API. Systems are now operating as normal and we will continue to monitor.

You may experience delays to the triggering of download webhooks, exports of client logs, and caching of upstream packages. During this time, usage reporting via the UI and API may not reflect your most recent usage. Our engineers are working to resolve these issues and will continue to provide updates.
