Tehachapi, California

Tehachapi is a city in Kern County, California. It is in the mountains between the San Joaquin Valley and the Mojave Desert. Tehachapi had a population of 12,939 in 2020, comprising 8,225 males and 4,714 females.[1] There are many more males than females because Tehachapi has a state prison.
