In what way does the following relate to your early childhood food and body shape memories? My earliest childhood memories of food are intertwined with feelings of comfort and connection.  However, as I grew older, I began to notice subtle differences in how my body looked compared to others. This awareness turned into comparisons—sometimes from myself, sometimes through comments from others. A seemingly innocent remark about being "chubby" left an imprint that never quite faded, shaping my relationship with food and body image. Over time, I found myself trapped in a cycle of striving for a body size I believed would grant me acceptance and happiness.
