We are in an era where customer support will flow no longer with scripted replies but with cultivated empathy. Employed with wisdom, emotional AI can be this era's catalyst for more intuitive and psychologically attuned enterprises that bring nobility back into our technological incarnations. However, it will take some really thoughtful developers to fully harmonise this capability in the direction of collective growth and consciousness. The journey before us requires nothing less than meeting the emotional awakening of our machines with an equal awakening of our own deepest judgement and values as their creators.
