Owning Your Personal Brand at Space Executive ✨ We know the power of a strong personal brand that’s shared online. That’s why we kicked off our 2025 training calendar with a session on Personal Branding, led by the brilliant Ben Horn. We asked ourselves a lot of questions but top 3: ❓ How do we stand out as specialist Executive Search recruiters? ❓ Why does building a personal brand even matter? ❓ And let’s be honest—does LinkedIn feel too crowded to post sometimes? The team shared ideas, challenged each other, and came away with some solid takeaways and wanting to do more. Our top 3 to share are: ✔️ Be intentional – Think about how you want to be perceived by your network and clients. ✔️ Stay consistent – Posting on LinkedIn is like going to the gym. Some weeks you’re smashing it, other weeks… not so much. Just keep at it. ✔️ Enjoy the process – Start conversations, engage with your clients, and just be yourself, you don’t need to be the best at it but enjoy it.
