It highlights the escalating demand for high-capacity communication channels and the need for advanced multi-beam and beamforming antennas to meet this demand. Specifically, it invites contributions exploring various antenna system designs, including phased array antennas, metasurfaces, Intelligent Reflective Surfaces (IRS), Butler matrix-based structures, and more. Special emphasis is placed on planar leaky-wave/grid array antennas, representing cost-effective solutions for efficient beam steering.
