Sometimes, email providers may utilize an automated system to visit the link sent to you to verify the nature of the site. Although this is done for security reasons, this action may result in the link being marked as used and appearing as expired when you click on it. We are actively working on a long-term solution for this matter.
In the meantime, we can provide an alternative flow for those users trying to confirm their organization email domain and who keep receiving an expired link message.
- After finding your organization you will see the screen to enter your organization email. Enter your email and click “Continue”.
- You will see the screen “Check your inbox”, click on “Skip”.
- You will be addressed to a “Register” screen. Fill in your details and click on “Register”.
Once you have created an account through this process, there is no need to send you a confirmation email to your organization inbox every time you would like to sign in. You will be able to “Sign in” with your username and password.
