Thrilled to share that we have signed all the paperwork and are moving to close on Baylin Technologies Inc.'s acquisition of Kaelus. Closing will be on May 27th (give or take). Kaelus is a terrific company and highly complementary to our Galtronics infrastructure business. Once we close, Baylin will have operations in Canada, the US, Sweden, Finland, Australia, China, Vietnam, and India. We see significant opportunities to cross-sell each other's products and the combination will strengthen our engineering, innovation, and production capabilities.
