على هامش #ملتقى_الاستثمار_في_التعليم، وقع #صندوق_البنية_التحتية_الوطني مذكرة تعاون مع وزارة التعليم وهيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب؛ لتطوير برنامج يُعنى بتمويل استثمارات القطاع الخاص في مشاريع التعليم، والمزمع إطلاقه بالشراكة مع البنوك التجارية، والذي يهدف إلى تقديم حلول تمويلية مبتكرة. وتأتي هذه المذكرة ضمن جهود الصندوق في المساهمة في سد الفجوات التمويلية وزيادة مشاركة القطاع الخاص في مشاريع التعليم، مما يسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات #رؤية_السعودية_2030.

The Board of Directors of #Infra convened for its third meeting, chaired by HE Faisal bin Fadhil Alibrahim, Minister of Economy and Planning and Chairman of the Board, with all members in attendance. The meeting featured two panel discussions exploring infrastructure investment opportunities and progress across the Kingdom. The discussions highlighted the private sector's role, the contributions of national development finance institutions, and the importance of raising international investors’ awareness of Saudi Arabia’s evolving infrastructure landscape. The Board discussed Infra’s strategic direction, focusing on key priorities, enhancing its role as a principal enabler of infrastructure investment, optimizing financing structures, and aligning with Vision 2030 objectives. It also emphasized financial sustainability to support high-impact infrastructure projects with significant economic and social value.

عقد مجلس إدارة #صندوق_البنية_التحتية_الوطني اجتماعه الثالث برئاسة معالي الأستاذ فيصل بن فاضل الإبراهيم، وزير الاقتصاد والتخطيط, رئيس مجلس الإدارة، وبحضور جميع أعضاء المجلس. سبق الاجتماع عقد جلستي نقاش تناولتا الفرص والتحديات المرتبطة بالاستثمار في البنية التحتية بالمملكة، ودور القطاع الخاص، وأهمية مؤسسات التمويل التنموية الوطنية. كما تطرقت الجلستان إلى سبل تعزيز وعي المستثمرين الدوليين بمنظومة البنية التحتية والفرص الاستثمارية المتاحة. وشارك في الجلستين نخبة من قادة القطاعين العام والخاص ضمن منظومة البنية التحتية والاستثمار والتمويل. وخلال الاجتماع، ناقش المجلس التوجه الاستراتيجي للصندوق، بما يشمل تحديد أولوياته، وتعزيز دوره كممكن رئيسي للاستثمار في مشاريع البنية التحتية، ورفع كفاءة هيكلة التمويل. كما بحث المجلس مواءمة خططه مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، إلى جانب تعزيز استدامته المالية لدعم المشاريع ذات الأثر الاقتصادي والاجتماعي العميق.

#صندوق_البنية_التحتية_الوطني بالتعاون مع البنك العربي الوطني يموّلان أربعة مراكز بيانات متطورة تابعة لشركة الفنار للمشاريع في كلٍ من الرياض والدمام بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 1.32 مليار ريال سعودي. يأتي هذا التمويل في إطار دعم البنية التحتية الرقمية وتعزيز مسيرة التحول الرقمي في المملكة، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات #رؤية_السعودية_2030 ، وترسيخ مكانة المملكة كمركز إقليمي رائد للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي والتقنيات المتقدمة.
