How can you cut your HR costs by 20% in Romania with the help of an experienced HR freelancer? Ø After spending 20 years in various HR roles, you learn how to get a full-time job done in 5 hours/day. If you think you're productive 8 hours/day everyday, think again! Ø The HR freelancer costs go as up as 30 EUR/hour, so for 5 hours/day you pay on average 3.000 EUR/month. Ø Say you need the Freelancer to work for your business an additional 20 hours/month from time to time, which leads to an additional cost of 600 EUR. Ø The maximum cost that you’ll pay is of 3.6000 EUR/month for an HR Freelancer who can support you with almost anything HR related (I speak for myself here 😉). How much do you pay in Romania for an experienced in-house HR professional, with 20 years of experience? Ø At least 12.000 RON nett/month + benefits which goes as high as 4.200 EUR gross/month + benefits, total company cost. By working with an HR freelancer, you cut your costs by at least 20% per month. Start Ups: Might Be Much More Easier Than Imagined; This Might Be Fun #femiokikiola Going through the handbook for roles and responsibilities of the prospective team members that would work with us, it is obvious and without gainsaying that it is likely that some of us are already actively involved in the cross-role functions of the team as we are already indirectly interfacing and partially playing these roles on this platform even as management, social media manager, creative writing, community relationships manager, influencer, brand marketing, analytics, etc and without doubt, may be able to even thrive in such capacity in global corporations as we are already actively involved the day to day problem solving and demonstrating practical experiences, on daily regular basis and learning through difficulties and negotiating our ways to win over the hearts of our friends. And with all these experiences gathered, it appears it may be a joyride, working in our capacity to give the right support to our teams by walking along with them to innovatively challenge the competition for the market Taking a look at the diverse roles and responsibilities to be played by the team on the social media platform, one can confidently say that one is already at home in this new venture even as one continues to grow with our team of professionals. Did we hear someone talked about one fear concerning this role? No, no, no, far from it as this is looking like it is going to be a work through passion and fun for some of us and as a team, because our passion lies, here. Had an amazing time last weekend participating in an interactive course by BISM - Bucharest International School of Management. The three-day session was filled with valuable information, particularly relevant to the current market context. The course focused on adapting to changes and identifying what we can influence and change. It's easy to neglect continuous learning when deeply involved in the business sphere. What #HR really needs to be about: No-nonsense. It's time to stop the jargon, buzzwords, and fluff. You know what's more important? - Clear job descriptions - Realistic expectations - Honest feedback Stop with the “holistic approach” and talk about how long it takes to hire. Stop beating around the bush and say, "You're not meeting expectations." Yes, HR is about people. But it’s also about the bottom line. Nobody benefits from vague, fluffy language. We all benefit from honesty and transparency. Let's bring no-nonsense to HR. Your team will thank you for it.
