We’re proud to share that for the second year in a row, our plant in Vsetín has eliminated the use of natural gas for heating. Instead, we are using 100% heat recovery from our production processes, contributing to a more energy-efficient and sustainable operation.   In addition to this, we’ve taken another step toward environmental responsibility by installing 1,706 photovoltaic panels to power our site with clean, renewable energy. Today marks a significant milestone in our journey, the Hirschmann Automotive Academy turns 20!   In February 2005, 10 specialists from diverse fields embarked on a path to become internal trainers. At Hirschmann Automotive, we continuously strive to enhance workplace conditions, and our recent initiative in Vsetín, Czech Republic, is a prime example. In collaboration with our innovation project team, we launched an innovative project aimed at improving carton handling in the shipping area. The installation was completed at the end of January, and our team had the opportunity to observe the changes firsthand, gather feedback from the operators, and ensure the system met health and safety regulations.   The positive results have highlighted significant benefits: ✔️ healthier working conditions for operators ✔️ reduced fatigue by the end of shifts ✔️ full compliance with health & safety standards   A scalable solution that can be implemented across other Hirschmann plants This project underscores our commitment to creating safer, more efficient workplaces.   #HirschmannAutomotive #ConnectedByPassion
