retrosketches #1...

HaPpY SaTuRdAy & welcome to the first ever retrosketch! Each week we'll rotate & a DT member will find a long-ago created card from their stash and we'll present it to you as a sketch challenge! The original artist will re-make her card and the rest of us will use it, too!

This week is my week, and I based my sketch on this card. I reduced the size of the sketch this time, my card is 4 1/4" square.

Things to remember:

• The linky closes at 11:59pm on Thursday, March 8th, 2012
• You MUST use the sketch. If we cannot see the main elements of the sketch, your project might be removed or at the least, not eligible for the top spot!
• Enter as often as you like with a different project each time.
• You are welcome to combine challenges.

Hello! Thanks so much for stopping by today! Over the last few years of I've been running colourQ, I often see people whose card layouts inspire me.I decided to pull a few of those people together to bring you an awesome, new sketch inspiration based on some of our previous cards! That's the "retro" part! Each month, we'll all take a turn one week sharing one of our sketches. It'll give us a chance to re-use it and you a chance to play along!
