Ingredients:

2-3 eggs, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup broccoli, 2 tbsp butter, salt and pepper as per taste.

Step 1

To begin with this easy recipe, wash the spinach leaves and chop; keep aside.

Next, wash and blanch the broccoli florets. Then run it through some cold water.

Next, take a bowl and crack open the eggs. Whisk the eggs and keep aside.

At this stage, heat a pan and add in butter; once the butter melts, reduce the flame.

To this, sauté the broccoli florets followed by chopped spinach; sauté the greens in butter.

Now, after the greens appear slightly brown, pour the eggs and sprinkle salt and pepper, cover the lid and let it cook over low to medium heat.
