1 tbsp ghee, 2 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds,1/4 tsp fennel seeds, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds, 4 Kashmiri red chillies, 2 guntur red chillies, 3 garlic cloves. 1 tsp tamarind puree, water, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp curd, 200 gms paneer, salt to taste, 2 tbsp ghee, 1 onion, 10-13 curry leaves, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 cup water, and 1/2 tsp jaggery

Heat ghee in a pan and roast coriander, cumin, fennel, black pepper, fenugreek seeds, kashmiri red chillies, and guntur red chillies.

Once done blend them into a smooth paste using enough water.

Marinate paneer in the paste along with curd, lemon juice, and salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Heat ghee in a pan and saute onions, curry leaves, and turmeric powder. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the marinated paneer, jaggery, and tamarind paste.

Cover and cook on a low flame for 10-12 minutes.

Once done, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with onion slices and lemon wedges.
