This edition focuses on immersive technologies. 🚀 The event will feature an open discussion on the impact and opportunities immersive technologies bring to Lisboa's innovation ecosystem, with insights from: 👉 João Neves, Head of Technology & Innovation and Executive Board Member at Capgemini Engineering Portugal; 👉 João Rodrigues, Founder & Executive Director of Cyango ; 👉 Rita P. The first Lisboa Innovation Tour of 2025 took place in January at Greenhub by Unicorn Factory Lisboa, highlighting how Lisboa is driving innovation in decarbonization and sustainability technology. 🍃 At the heart of the discussion were real-time carbon footprint tracking, AI-powered emissions calculations, and the role of renewable gases in industry transformation. The 9 finalist startups of the Lisboa Innovation for All award have taken the stage to pitch their innovative solutions in Access to Healthcare, Quality of Education, and Integration of Migrants! 🏆✨ This week, these innovators had the opportunity to present their ideas to Câmara Municipal de Lisboa's Mayor, Carlos Moedas, and a network of experts and changemakers during the exclusive Lisbon Experience Day. The event fostered collaboration, deep dives into the city’s challenges, expert mentorship, pilot showcases, and meaningful connections to refine and scale their impact. Organized by Unicorn Factory Lisboa, this initiative reinforces Lisboa’s commitment to innovation with social impact, providing funding and support for projects that address key societal challenges. 🥇 Each category winner will be announced between April and May, securing €360,000 in funding to bring their vision to life within a year!
