The documentary film is built around protagonists on whom the spotlights are directed, Herman Van Rompuy, Jean-Claude Juncker, Jutta Urpilainen, Martin Schulz, Guy Verhofstadt. Even if they do not necessarily agree on the method, their motto is "stop the decline". Testimonies from vulnerable citizens and the opinions of leading journalists will accompany this journey. At the end of the film at the mouth of the river, there is an ocean of questions: what future for Europe? Can the euro be saved? Will Europe continue to exist?
