Bereft of his flu-affected driver Frieda Mirko, judge Max Althammer drives her old-timer car to the town hall court room, but it breaks down and he hears first-hand about the case from the friendly farmer who helps him out with his tractor, although dressed up for the trial, not other then Sepp Brenner.
