They also happen to be actors and have been paired together by their mutual agent to live together due to "temperamental" issues that they both have incurred as tenants of previous apartment complexes in the past. Diana, the American actress, is a themed princess for kids' parties by day. Her princess charm can quickly turn evil when things don't go her way. Juan, the Colombian actor, loves to dance. He finds rhythm wherever and whenever it moves him; but when stressed and unchecked, his "music" can quickly turn into a raucous. Once Diana and Juan move into their new place, they begin to meet their new apartment villa's colorful neighbors, which also happen to include the villa's owners as well as the landlord: a former child star, who more-often than not, still believes he's a hot shot and loves to retell his glory days to anyone who will listen.
