New Orleans, La: The Mardi Gras parade is one of great brilliancy and filled with floats surpassing in gorgeousness anything heretofore attempted. Jersey City, N.J: The Pennsylvania Railroad has the largest automobile in the world for the purpose of shifting freight cars through the city streets from one yard to another. The automobile weighs 28,850 pounds. This does away with the old method of using horses.
