Sympathetic Chief Superintendent Gerry Hooper - actually Nanna's bit on the side - quashes the fine and suggests Naomi bring Charlie to a dog's obedience day being run by Nanna. Charlie misbehaves again and Naomi is set on by Heaven, who turns out to be Gerry's estranged wife.
