RAW is sharp, street-smart, and always in control, while ISI is emotional, clumsy, and forever stuck in debt. Though they act like rivals, they are unknowingly stuck together-just like India and Pakistan. BICS was established in 1940 by their grandfathers, Avtar Singh Wadhawa and Mohammad Yusuf Ilahi. Yusuf didn't have money to invest, so Wadhawa funded the business, giving Yusuf a 40% partnership on the promise of repayment-a promise that, even after three generations, remains unpaid. When India and Pakistan got divided in 1947, so did their relationship, but the BICS office stayed the same, becoming a chaotic hub where every kind of problem lands up. Now, RAW and ISI run the consultancy where the clients are as bizarre as their problems. From gangsters like Goli Maar Ghayal (who still carries bullets in his body) to the notorious Majak Khandan-with Chota Majak, Bada Majak, and the mafia queen Illegal Majak-everyone comes to BICS for solutions. Even though RAW and ISI try to avoid big messes, they somehow end up solving everyone's problems-sometimes smartly, sometimes accidentally. The twist? Everyone thinks they're real RAW and ISI agents running secret missions. Even the Indian and Pakistani embassies believe something major is going down, raising full-on spy alerts. The comedy hits its peak when a Dubai Sheikh sends his agent SMS to recover millions through BICS. RAW handles the case perfectly, but SMS vanishes, leaving the Sheikh fuming and both embassies scrambling, convinced there's a massive operation underway. Through hilarious situations, wild clients, and non-stop confusion, RAW vs ISI shows how even rivals can unknowingly work together-while making a complete mess of everything.
