Nadia Tarnopolska, says 'that's what my husband and I used to think, that if every family took in at least one child that's on the streets, in a children's home, at a crisis center, then we wouldn't have any orphans. It's not the children's fault. They are no worse than any child from a settled home. They all need warmth and affection.
