The customer, Brittany Dixon, is dropping her car off for an oil change and other scheduled maintenance. Later, when Mrs. Dixon arrives to pick up her vehicle, Ricky hands her the keys and thanks her for her patronage. However, Brittany is less than thrilled when she sees that her car's interior has not been cleaned. Despite being informed that cleaning the car's interior is not part of their routine service, Brittany vows to sue the company and Ricky personally.
