A pariah, Andrew is shunned by both the cryptozoological community and the community at large; he's a loner, working with his only friend in the world-- a dim-witted country boy, Shelly Duvall. A rag-tag duo of misfits, it's up to Shelly and Andrew to prove Le Moth's existence, thereby restoring their reputations and establishing Andrew as a seminal figure in the crytpozoology community.
