In a quiet, small-town pharmacy, an indifferent clerk encounters an elderly woman, Nara, during a seemingly mundane transaction. Despite his disinterest, Nara brings an unexpected joy to the moment, her presence accompanied by whimsical balloons. The humorous, touching interplay between the two culminates in a heartwarming moment when Nara, after a series of misadventures, gifts one of her balloons to a little girl in the park.
