Listening back to a tape recorded statement, detective Jim Harper bunkers down in a special forces silo to uncover the truth about a farmer and his favourite heifer, Daisy. As Harper untangles the lines of fact and fiction, it becomes very clear there's been a close encounter of the cattle kind. A grim discovery reveals Daisy has been abducted, and implanted with something otherworldly. There's only one way to find out, but you'll never look at a steak the same way again. Acclaimed sound experimentalist Jacob Aedam writes from his own personal UFO experience, harnessing the lore of Skin Walker Ranch with psychedelic undertones. A statement from Aedam "I like to play with characters the same way I play with synthesizers, it's about setting a mood for the elements to exist in... and sometimes that sounds like Ennio Morricone chained to a Moog Theremin." Director Peter Hume shares his short film directorial debut after an ARIA nomination for Luude 'Down Under' music video and a recent stint of 'baked: Live at the Sun' events in Yarraville.
