The young people in the rockabilly band Topcats are the new generation of Värmland rockers/greasers. They look for old clothes on flea markets and wax their hair to live the life of a rocker/greaser. In the film we meet rockers/greasers of all ages, the youngest 14 years and the oldest 76.
