Raja Harishchandra was the first film telecasted to the world, because of whom today so many stars became multi stars with highest earnings than in any other industry. Mumbai city is famous for his Bollywood presence but it's a great pity that nowhere in India there is a statue of Shri Dadasaheb Phalke ji at any of the crossroads. Today our film industry completed 111 years, with the blessings of you all well-wishers, after 111 years we are trying to build a 15-feet statue in Bandra, Mumbai, the place of talent opposite Mehboob Studio, Bandra West, Mumbai have been short listed for installing a 15-feet statue of Shri Dadasaheb Phalke ji the father of the film industry for which we kindly request you to join us and bless us, Our mission we want to build a Part of India statue of Shri Dadasaheb Phalkeji, your cooperation is very much needed, for the man in whose name India once a year Shri Dadasaheb Phalkeji, the President of India honors big stars through the Government of India at his place in New Delhi. But even today that person has not got that status. So through Federation of Western India Cine Employees FWICE and Dadasaheb Phalke Icon Award Films Organization DPIAF, we have taken the initiative to do this work only with your support, cooperation and blessings, we would also like your suggestion and support in this above topic by sending a letter to our E-mail. Mr. Kalyanji Jana, the founder of this organization, has been helping supporting needy people for the last 15 years, but when the DPIAF organization was formed 4 years ago, the main purpose to start this organisation was to help the needy people and serve humanity simultaneously also help the needy ones in the film industry mainly who struggle for their livings. Lockdown, all the needy people and also the junior artists of the Film industry, Spot boys, Cameraman's, Light mans Make-up mans, Musicians, Singers, Directors, Writers our team went door to door to distribute food grains and communicate with them and made them self confidence to fight this pandemic and not to go into mental depression. . We run a Bhandara Free Food Service at Adarsh Nagar Andheri feeding the hungry with cooked food daily for 400+ and other daily requirements now due to the pandemic from April 2021 we have stopped cooking but distribute Food Kits. We covered a lot of programs in this pandemic for the needy. Apart from this, someone needs medicine, or to pay the electricity bill, fill their cooking gas cylinders any ether daily needs also is well support personally by our team. DPIAF - Roti and Kapda Bank is under the banner DPIAF Organisation. We collect not in use old good wearable clean hygiene clothes and also excess food. This we collect and are distribute to different needy villages. We personally go distribute talk to them entertain them our team spends a full day with them so they can share their sorrow and support to the maximum in their daily needs what we can do for them and their family. The main underline objective of our organisation is to give respect and always honour our Father of Film Industry Shri Dadasaheb Phalke who so ever earns and are earning from this industry. DPIAF Organistaion as worked out some points in its agenda to work on :- 1. Why Bharat Ratna Award has not been awarded to Father of Film Industry Shri Dadasaheb Phalke. We have only one request to you, Shri Dadasaheb Phalke ji should be given Bharat Ratna Award as he is founder of this great Film Industry. This demand is the demand of all the people of India who work in the film industry, everyone has the same demand, Shri Dadasaheb Phalke ji should be given Bharat Ratna Award. 2. Shri Dadasaheb Phalke's photo in the places where the shooting is done also in the studios and in the movie cinema halls, our team and we all request and demand for this great respect to our father of film industry . 3. Late Shri Dadasaheb Phalke made the first film of India, Raja Harishchandra, but today the way our culture is being ruined through web series is unimaginable. Did Dadasaheb Phalke made the first film we made to see Raja Harishchandra, but today the film industry is gone totally in a different direction. We have kept western cultures and erasing our Indian culture just to earn extra earnings so as to live a lavish life from these earnings. By this we kill our cultures and corrupt our upcoming generation's minds we demand that at least maintain some decency in these web series and stop killing our Indian culture. Our Bhartiya Naaris are well respected, to save them we have demanded that the web series and all the dirty films should be censored through the censor board and then passed for release to public. The way caste discrimination is happening today, it should not be there in our film industry, everyone who is talented in art should get work. Today in this Mumbai city, all those movie and TV stars earn their livings in crores because of our father of Film Industry Late Shri Dadasaheb Phalke his idea to form this industry but none have a photo in their houses. 5. We are surprised being the great personality Late Shri Dadasaheb Phalke who established this film industry and known for the film world in Mumbai city and in the entire comer of the world. This city is where he started his journey and all top Bollywood and TV Stars journey too but we don't have a single effigy in Mumbai. Our demand is that 15 feet effigy of Late Shri Dadasaheb Phalke should be constructed in Bandra Bandstand and Second Statue 7 Feet Tall, Guwahati, Assam . 6. Let's stop all the discrimination, gender differences and respect the females in our film industry Make a good film industry the way Late Shri Dadasaheb Phalke made it and wanted us to follow it.. Late Shri Dadasaheb Phalke was such a great personality who lived among the poor and the film industry people he used to cook food from home and feed them, Dadasaheb Phalke Icon Award Films Organization is following in the same footsteps of Late Shri Dadasaheb Phalke in Mumbai city. Dadasaheb Phalke Icon Award Films Organization is the first NGO in India, which is following his steps of serving every day for the needy and film industry people, giving food grains and keeping good thoughts for the film industry, besides the culture of the country. He remembered the work of Shri Dadasaheb Phalke ji in Dubai. Recently On 28th October 2023, he Organized a show in his name in Dubai for the Third time. There were 2 great award shows and a fashion show in Dubai on 28th. Kalyanji Jana said that the purpose of Organizing such fashion shows and award shows in Dubai that Many Indian people are doing business in UAE and their people give great respect and love to Indians. Kalyanji Jana said that I salute all the Sheikhs Royals Families, all the celebrities. ministers and VVIP Person. Apart from this, DPIAF- Bharat Gaurav Icon Award International is also going to be held. India is a proud country. 140 crore people of India are icons in themselves. Those Indians who have hoisted the flag of success while living in Dubai will be honored with this honour. Those icon personalities of UAE who have hoisted the flags will also be honoured.
