The camera crew is following through his journey and stay in the Philippines. From the moment he arrived in The Philippines, he got to speak and meet the host of Wish Ko Lang, Vicky Morales. Here they explained what Wish Ko Lang is, and what Jason's wish was. His wish, was to meet his biological mom and his biological family. After meeting Vicky Morales, and a few days later, he went to the Kaisahang Buhay Foundation. The place where the adoptive parents of Jason, got to meet Jason for the first time in 1996 and also get to adopt him. When Jason was there, he donated 750 Euro's to the Kaisahang Buhay Foundation, and also donated baby clothes, educational material, toys and stuffed animals. Not only he donated this, he also had a very emotional first meeting with his Foster mom, named Florita. Here, he thanked Florita for what she did for Jason, where many tears rolled down his cheek. A few weeks later, they went to Legazpi city, where they stayed for 3 days. After the first night of staying, directly in the morning, they traveled to the place where Jason was born, Sorsogon Magallanes. Here he saw the house he was born in. But he also find out many things about his biological mom. What work she did, and that she still traveled to the birthplace of Jason from time to time. In Sorsogon Magallanes, he also met many cousins, nephews and nieces, his grandma and a aunt. The last day in Legazpi, the TV Crew made a few activities where Jason could bond with his family for the first time. Here he, his adoptive parents, 2 aunts and grandma got to see the beauties of Legazpi, and had some family bonding at the bottom of the Mayon volcano. After some family bonding, they had a family dinner for the first time, where Jason got to taste his mom's favorite dish; Bicol Express. Pork, with many spices, cooked in Coconut milk. After this, Jason and his family said their goodbyes, and that was also the ending of the first episode. In this episode, sadly he didn't find his biological mother. But in the 2nd episode he did.
