When the deputy's assistant is detained by the police for disorderly conduct, Mylnikov rushes to Rastorguev, but is refused. Soon, lawyer Pavlov, sent by Lykov, brings compromising evidence to Rastorguev - a video recording in which the general agrees to take the place of the head of the headquarters, for which a lot of money has already been paid.
