Unnoticed by James, Sheila shows up at Jay's practice and makes herself noticed to her former psychologist. Jay hastily ends his conversation with James who promises to be back tomorrow to follow up on his quest to unmask Sheila. After James has left, Sheila walks into Jay's office huffing and puffing. Jay makes it clear that he will talk to James - unless she continues with their therapy because he is convinced that she needs help. Sheila quickly consents. Jay realizes that it is just another ploy. Sheila panics when Jay corners her and announces that he will inform James of her criminal actions. She tries to rid herself of his grip and pushes him away. In a shocking turn of events, Jay topples and falls off his balcony from his high-rise office. While Jay lies motionless on the street and passers-by call the ambulance, quick-witted Sheila pulls her file from his cabinet to cover her tracks. At the Forrester Mansion, Ridge introduces Brooke to his cousin Jessica. Later, Ridge questions Brooke about the kids' reaction to her engagement; she lies to him that the children reacted thrilled.
