His daughter Maria is standing at the door, flirting with a man who turns out to be her landlord, Toni. The water in the house is only cold again, and then he's called to a mysterious death. A customer at Eveline Schober's beauty salon suddenly died during treatment. Forensic pathologist Sonja Bitterling is soon certain that anaphylactic shock is the cause. In short: The deceased suffered from a bee venom allergy. The investigators quickly turn their attention to the self-absorbed intern Kim Oleg. Did she accidentally draw up the wrong syringe? Then it would just be an accident. But then Jerry, with Johanna's help, learns that Eveline Schober isn't telling the investigators everything. Moreover, Max has already dated the attractive salon owner. A fate he shares with Adam Berghauer, who is really angry with Eveline. But is that a motive for murder? Here, Sophia Strasser sheds light on the mystery with her unconventional garbage can investigation. And then there's an ominous warning email that puzzles the investigators. A visit by Jerry and Bene to the beekeeping couple Helmut and Brigitte Bauer, who supplied the Schober salon with bee venom, sheds only limited light on the mystery, while Mario Gärtner, the dead woman's husband, willingly helps solve the mystery. To make matters worse, Elisabeth has organized a family dinner behind Bene's back, to which Toni has invited herself, and where Jerry experiences an unexpected surprise.
