Many thousands of foreigners are in similar situations and have lost their children like Mballa Louis Christian, and have been crying for the international community to take action against Japan. All human rights NGO's, lawyers and the mainstream media are complicit in silence. As far as Japanese people are concerned, foreigners can't be victims if there is no one standing up for them.
