She sees it both as a blessing and a curse, but also realizes that her recent weigh-ins have been less than impressive and needs to figure out why. The teams have a maximum 15 minute challenge to determine what they believe is a mile distance, with the winning team receiving a Hollywood night out, and the losing teams doing clean-up duty on the ranch, including in the sweat drenched gym. The night out ends up being more memorable for one of the contestants. During the week's training, the green team hits an obstacle. Jillian calls out Rulon on what she hears is his late-night junk food binges. At the weigh-in, the results end up being as emotional for the trainers as it does for the contestants.
