The shows clips are compiled from the BBC's own TV shows such as The Old Grey Whistle Test, The Oxford Roadshow, Top Of The Pops, Cheggars Plays Pop, Wogan etc and are grouped into sections of clips with a theme such as Rock, Pop, Rap, Scottish, Synth etc.....and also have specific compilations of 80's bands including Duaran Duaran and Spandau Ballet, amongst others.
