Adam makes frequent visits while top dog surgeon Sarah keeps an eye her progress. An old friend of Lenny's from the time they spent together at a home when children visits him with a tape recording of a promise they made to one day return and burn the place down. The friend puts the plan into practice with disastrous consequences. Big Mac organises a football team comprising Noel, Charlie and his son Louis, Lenny, Jay and Yuki. A patient with Parkinson's disease also requests to join the team in a bid to escape the fussing of his over protective daughter. Paramedic Polly attends a disciplinary hearing regarding the death of Alistair which is made worse by her being hounded by his former social worker Abe who holds her responsible.
